A Clean Meat Journey
The idea for Butcher Baron was borne from a love of the outdoors and passion for ethical and sustainable farming. After tasting the amazing flavour of meat that was raised in a natural and caring environment; and seeing the great quality of life these animals had, we wanted to share our wonderful experience. Many people just don’t know there is an amazing, high quality, highly nutritious alternative to mass farming. Its wholesome and humbling knowing that you can eat really well whilst positively impacting the environment, the animals, local communities and your health. We set up Butcher Baron to connect the specialist farmers who are committed to sustainable framing practices while raising happy, healthy animals with a growing community of people who want to eat and live clean.
Making it easy
Eating clean and trying to find high quality, ethically and sustainably sourced meat can be a real challenge. With the demise of the local butcher, trying to get clean meat often involves buying meat from 2 or 3 different specialist farms or farmer’s markets; and/or trying to bring friends together to take part in a cow share. The whole process of sourcing clean, pastured meat can just take so much time and effort, that it feels like a real labour of love. This is why Butcher Baron was created, to offer you all the convenience of a one stop, specialist, butcher online! We want you to be able to experience the amazing taste of clean, ethically raised meat without all the effort. We have done all the hard work, we have asked all the questions and visited all the farms – you can trust in our integrity, we will deliver you pastured, free ranging, chemical free, premium quality meats.
