Currently we deliver to Australian Capital Cities metro areas only. And yep delivery is free. If we can’t reach you then please contact us by emailing hello@butcherbaron.com.au or calling (08) 8121 4036 and we do our best to help you.

What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives? 2018-09-19T05:44:31+00:00

You don’t need to be home when we deliver although that would be preferred. Just provide a designated area on the delivery instructions and we will leave it there. Additionally, if you can’t be home, it may be preferable to deliver to your place of work.

We send orders out on the Wednesday of every week. The day that your order is delivered will depend on your location. We aim to have all orders delivered within 72 hours of dispatch.

ButcherBaron is expanding all the time. Please signup to our mailing list on our home page (https://www.butcherbaron.com.au) and we will contact you the moment we are able to ship to your area. Alternatively please contact us by emailing hello@butcherbaron.com.au or calling (08) 8121 4036. We would be happy to provide one off delivery options outside of our delivery zones.

To change your delivery address update your details through your customer portal. Alternatively you can email hello@butcherbaron.com.au or call (08) 8121 4036. Any address changes need to be made by the cut off time of 7am for following day delivery if you need to change the address you have entered in the checkout page. We are not liable for any mis-deliveries due to incorrect addresses being provided if you contact us after this time.

Yes you can. We will send you a notification when your package has been dispatched. Grass fed beef has been raised on fresh green grass pastures. Grain fed beef has been raised on pastures but has also spent time eating grain; Grass fed beef is proven better for your health and the flavours are a total stand out.

Absolutely. This is what we pride ourselves on. We source the best quality meat, support local boutique farmers and ensure the meat is processed with absolute care and attention.
We visit our farms on a regular basis and have excellent working relationships with them We grow and improve together.

Well, it is really down to personal choice. At Butcher Baron, we provide you with the best quality meat possible, where the animals are humanely treated and ethically farmed. No matter which cuts you choose, you are going to get the best meat possible.

Official meat categories can be confusing but be assured we deal with the most caring and ethical farmers available. We stock only Poll Herefords that are no more than 36 months old and 100% grass fed.
The younger the meat, the more tender it is going to be. Most of the Beef product you get in a supermarket is a *PR* or *S* grade meat which means it can be up to 7 or 8 years old. Our meat is like butter!!

The Meat Box packs have been vacuum sealed and snap frozen to retain freshness and prolong life. Our packs are labelled with all regulatory information.

Simply store the meat packs in your freezer and defrost the frozen pack either in the fridge or under cold water. This is the most convenient way to keep good quality meat is very convenient for all occasions. We take our frozen packs to the park BBQ!!!
